Dear Woodbind Member,

Woodbind collects certain personal information (such as name, age, interests, email, etc.) from you to provide better service.

This information is used exclusively within Woodbind for periodic campaign activities, special promotional activities targeted at customer profiles, and customer "classification" efforts to prevent unwanted emails.

Woodbind does not share the information collected from membership forms with third parties, does not use it for commercial purposes, and does not sell it without the member's permission or unless otherwise instructed.

In addition to personal information provided in email addresses and membership forms, we also analyze and interpret visitor movements and preferences tracked during site usage. These statistical data may be shared with Woodbind's business partners to provide a more personalized and efficient shopping experience for Woodbind customers.

Customer information will only be disclosed to official authorities if requested by official institutions and in accordance with mandatory provisions of applicable legislation. Only the customer can access and modify all the information entered into the system. It is not possible for others to access or change this information.

The credit card information requested on the payment page is not stored on Woodbind or its service providers' servers to ensure the highest level of security for our customers shopping on the site. Payment transactions are conducted between your bank and your computer through the Woodbind interface.

Members have the following rights by contacting Woodbind:

  • To learn whether their personal data is processed,

  • To request information if their personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,

  • To request that the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion, or destruction processes carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To demand compensation for damages in case of illegal processing of personal data.

Woodbind will provide a written or digital response to these requests within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. If the requested actions involve a cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
