Warranty Conditions
At Woodbind, all our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. To ensure that warranty conditions are valid, the product must be carefully inspected upon delivery. If any damage or deficiency is detected, a damage assessment report must be issued before accepting the product. Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design will void the warranty.
Return Conditions
If the product you purchased from our site is found to be defective, you must contact us through our online support section within 14 days of the delivery date. Once the defective product is returned to us within this period, it will be replaced with a new one or refunded according to your request.
If the product defect is due to customer use or the product has been used within the 14-day period, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Return and exchange processes are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
